To help users resolve issues with their Nest products, I’ve collaborated on building a troubleshooting widget to work alongside support articles and live customer support.

Cross-referenced external and internal documentation regarding device error codes and product solutions.
Collaborated with engineering and UX teams to fill in gaps in product knowledge.
Designed task flows and user flows for thermostat Wi-Fi and power troubleshooting.
Offered tweaks to troubleshooter UI screens to improve clarity of information.
Compiled kit of UI and hardware image assets.
Wrote and edited widget copy.
Aligned widget troubleshooting with Help Center content.
