I've analyzed Google Assistant use data to design cross-platform support responses to help customers use and fix their Google products.

Deliverables

  • Audited use data for instances of the Assistant providing unhelpful responses.

  • Analyzed patterns in unanswered user queries and reviewed product knowledge to determine most helpful answer.

  • Developed experience flows to deploy helpful Assistant support responses across different selected surfaces (smart speakers, smart displays, and smartphones).

  • Wrote support response content (visual and audio).
